  • No Smoking - No Smoking INSIDE the property. Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE on the porch and on the pool deck.
  • No Pets – Including Service or Support Animals. For the health and safety of our family members who have severe allergies and asthma, we have a strict no-pet policy. This includes service animals and emotional support animals. We kindly ask all guests to respect this rule when booking.
  • Please note this home is under EXTERNAL video surveillance only. There is a ring doorbell camera, a camera above the garage facing the driveway and a camera on each side of the house pointing down the sides to the front of the property - not the pool area.
